We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For defects and wrong shipped items, the customer must contact McRichard Designer Brands Ltd by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days. Such email should include the date of purchase and any photographic evidence. In any such cases, McRichard Designer Brands Ltd will provide a return label to you to have the defective/wrong item is shipped back to us.
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL or FedEx. Due to long delivery time, we do not accept any local Postal Service.
Any returns that are due with customs charges will be covered by the customer. Either by invoice or will be deducted from the original refund. When shipped from outside the EU a fixed customs fee of 33 USD will be deducted from the refund. No other customs fees will be charged.
Returns due to wrong shipping information provided such as name or address will be covered by the buyer with a fixed fee of 45 Euro/55 USD.
For an unclaimed package that is returned to the vendor, the buyer will need to cover a fixed fee of 55 USD, which will be invoiced for or deducted from the refund.
Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer, credit card or by PayPal within 14-15 business days of received and approved returns.

All returns must be in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, box, or dust bag. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced.
Exceptions / non-returnable items. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and especially items that have been worn- are not acceptable for returns. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
